Level 1: Covers basic skills and knowledge needed for this subject

Level 3: Learn about the topic in-depth and have a broad range of skills. Independent working Equivalent to an A level in England or Higher in Scotland.
Beginners: A perfect introduction if you have no experience and skills in this subject.

Course overview
Course description
This is a FREE fun and creative 10-week course that will encourage your creative side. Learning various aspects of sewing to create various craft projects. You will learn about the fabrics that can be used and where you can purchase at a reasonable price and how to select the appropriate fabric for various sewing projects along with all the available accessories to adorn your projects.
During the course you will cover 6 basic sewing types including how to create a pouch bag and purse from scratch, to embellish your project with fabric flowers, buttons and decorative handmade charms all of which are provided by the tutor. But again, if you have any decorative charms or embellishments you would like to upcycle, please bring them along to the sessions.
Overall, an "All Things Sewing" course aims to equip you with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to tackle a wide range of sewing projects and explore their creativity through fabric and thread. It provides a solid foundation for anyone interested in pursuing sewing as a hobby. And any of your handmade items you can take home to cherish or gift to others.
