Running Effective Meetings

Do you manage volunteers in a community hub or local youth centre? If so, you probably have to hold meetings regularly. If you dread this part of your role, you may want to reconsider your meeting style. Meetings are a useful tool to make sure everyone understands instructions and is working towards the same objectives. They’re also a great opportunity to motivate and unify your team. But done wrong, they can feel like a nuisance and a waste of time.
