This course is course designed for adults with little or no experience using technology. Learners will explore the basics of digital devices. The course introduces essential skills such as recognising common digital symbols, understanding hardware components and using a keyboard and a mouse confidently. Learners will practise connecting devices securely to Wi-Fi and Bluetooth and learn internet safety tips. With hands-on activities and clear guidance, this course builds confidence and prepares learners for further digital learning in a supportive environment.

English for Learning and Life is a pre‑entry course designed to help learners build the early language, confidence and study skills needed for everyday life in the UK and for progression to the Get Ready for ESOL course. Learners develop essential skills such as recognising familiar words, understanding simple classroom language, and using basic English to communicate needs in routine situations. The course introduces simple reading and writing tasks, supports learners to build confidence in group activities and helps them develop early learning habits. It provides a supportive first step for learners who are new to English or new to learning.

Conversating with Crafting is a 12 session course designed to help adult ESOL learners build confidence in speaking and listening while enjoying a range of simple, creative craft activities. Taught over 24 guided learning hours, the course offers a fun, low pressure way for learners to return to the classroom, practise everyday English and develop practical craft skills. Each session combines conversation, creativity and wellbeing, giving learners the chance to talk about materials, techniques and ideas while working on accessible craft projects. The focus is on communication, confidence building and enjoying the social, calming benefits of creative activity.

This course is for adults who already know some basic English and want to improve their communication skills for everyday life in the UK. You will learn to understand short explanations, follow multistep instructions, ask for clarification, and take part in conversations on familiar topics. You will also practise expressing opinions and giving simple reasons in a supportive classroom environment. Entry 2 courses in Reading and Writing are also available if you want to continue developing your English skills.

Develop foundational reading skills with this entry 1 English course for beginners. This English course is for speakers of other languages. It will help you learn basic English to study, work, and live in the UK. This ESOL reading course helps people who are just starting to learn English. It will help you gain confidence reading short texts and common words in English. There are also writing and speaking & listening courses at this level. If you’re helping others access ESOL classes in the UK, you’ve come to the right place. What we’ll cover: - Learn to identify common English words in everyday situations. - Understand signs, symbols and texts you will come across. - Read information about timetables, prices, and schedules. - Understand the purpose of different texts, including adverts, posters, and news articles. - Understand how punctuation is used to help you read more easily.

You will learn how to make easy meals and snacks, understand healthy food choices, and use kitchen equipment safely. Each session includes step-by-step demonstrations, hands on cooking, and supportive guidance to build your confidence. By the end of the course, you will be able to prepare simple, healthy recipes, understand key food groups and make small changes for a healthier lifestyle.
