Entry Levels 1,2,3: If you have never studied this subject before and you’re not confident in your skills, Entry levels are a good starting point.
Level 1: Covers basic skills and knowledge needed for this subject
Level 2: Building on basic knowledge or experience. Similar to Grade 4/ C at GCSE or O level in England or Standards in Scotland.
Level 3: Learn about the topic in-depth and have a broad range of skills. Independent working Equivalent to an A level in England or Higher in Scotland.
Beginners: A perfect introduction if you have no experience and skills in this subject.
Improvers: The next step if you have basic skills or knowledge but want to progress them further.
Advanced: Build on the solid experience and skills you have in this subject, applying your skills and knowledge in a more complex way.

Course description
How does your organization or community respond or react to diversity? What spaces are you creating around you that make others around you feel welcome? This face-to-face "The Introduction to Cultural Awareness" workshop offers a supportive and inclusive learning environment where participants can engage in meaningful dialogue and reflection on cultural intelligence. Whether you're a business leader, educator, community organizer, or simply an individual interested in fostering cultural understanding, this workshop will empower you to promote inclusivity and celebrate diversity within your organizations and communities. Through engaging discussions and hands-on activities, we will reflect on the practical relevance of cultural integration in real life scenarios. In the workshop, participants will engage in a series of activities, discussions, and simulations aimed at:
1. Increasing Cultural Awareness: Participants will explore their own cultural backgrounds and biases while gaining a deeper understanding of various cultural norms, values, and communication styles.
2. Building Empathy and Understanding: Through interactive exercises and role-playing scenarios, participants will step into the shoes of individuals from different cultural backgrounds, fostering empathy and enhancing their ability to relate to others.
3. Promoting Inclusivity and Diversity: Embracing diversity is key to creating inclusive environments where everyone feels valued and respected. Participants will explore ways to promote inclusivity and celebrate diversity within their organizations and communities.
