Introduction to Beginners' Ukrainian

This is an online course which will run from May to July 2024. It is for learners who want to start learning Ukrainian in a friendly and unjudgmental environment.

The course is for 2 hours per week and the introductory course will last for 7 weeks. New courses to start in the new academic year which you can progress onto where you can put your new skills to the test and improve on them further.

During this introductory part of the course you will be able to start learning about things such as; the Ukrainian alphabet, how to introduce yourself in Ukrainian, basic vocabulary such as the days of the weeks and months of the year, sharing information about yourself and much more. The course will give you the opportunity to practise what you learn with your classmates during lessons under the supervision of a qualified and experienced tutor.

The course will give you the opportunity to start to learn the basics of the language and work on the main four language skills; speaking, listening, reading and writing.

Learners can progress onto the full Ukrainian beginners course after which will give a more in depth insight into the language and enhance your skills further.
