Entry Levels 1,2,3: If you have never studied this subject before and you’re not confident in your skills, Entry levels are a good starting point.
Level 1: Covers basic skills and knowledge needed for this subject
Level 2: Building on basic knowledge or experience. Similar to Grade 4/ C at GCSE or O level in England or Standards in Scotland.
Level 3: Learn about the topic in-depth and have a broad range of skills. Independent working Equivalent to an A level in England or Higher in Scotland.
Beginners: A perfect introduction if you have no experience and skills in this subject.
Improvers: The next step if you have basic skills or knowledge but want to progress them further.
Advanced: Build on the solid experience and skills you have in this subject, applying your skills and knowledge in a more complex way.

Course description
The course will present a range of opportunities for learners to develop their confidence and skills necessary to communicate effectively in various situations, both personal and professional, to define goals and work towards finding employment opportunities or further training. Learners will gain the confidence, skills and knowledge to excel in their chosen paths, whatever they may be.
The classroom is a welcoming and friendly place with a supportive, approachable tutor who understands the needs of ESOL learners and can give support with both language and with digital skills.
Learners will be supported to build relationships and network, job search and actively look at interview skills, public speaking and establish presentation and cross-cultural communication skills and knowledge.
The course will allow them to practice their communication skills through activities such as role-plays, group discussions and worksheets and they will be able to reflect in their progress through feedback.

At the end of the course the tutor will help you to decide on the next steps in your journey towards fulfilment and success.
