The course is open to learners who did not learn to read or write in their home countries and want to start their literacy journey here in the UK.

We will practise forming and writing letters and numbers, forming sounds and words in speaking and writing as well as learning the numbers. It is hoped this will make you more confidence when interacting day to day in the UK and help your job prospects also.

The course is designed to prepare learners for a pre-entry class in the new academic year.

The class will be run by a qualified tutor in a friendly venue in the centre of Liverpool. The course will run from 9.30am - 11.30am and will be on for 11 weeks every Tuesday and the additional class will be on a Friday.
