About Whitehawk Inn

The WEA Whitehawk Community Learning Hub provides life-changing skills to support locals into employment and boost wellbeing.

Located in the historic Whitehawk Inn in the Whitehawk area of Brighton, the hub offers a range of community-based learning and skills courses including Maths and English Functional Skills, ESOL, CV building and Digital skills.

The hub has a ramp for wheelchair accessibility into the building (and a lift is currently being installed), as well as a community garden - we are always looking for volunteers, so get in touch if you'd like to help out.

There is a café area, and art and textile rooms, as well as an IT suite for digital skills.

The hub is 2.2 miles from Brighton train station, which is a 50 minute walk or take the Number 7 bus from the station heading to Brighton Marina. Get off at the Roedean Road stop and it is a 2 minute walk to the office. There is bike storage available at the hub for those who cycle. There are three parking spaces at the site which are allocated on a first-come, first-served, basis, with free on-street parking in the residential streets nearby.

You can see the courses starting soonest in Whitehawk at the bottom of this page, or click 'View all location courses' to see everything on offer in the hub.
