A number of learners have had problems logging in with their new wea.ac.uk login details.

On many occasions this is because Microsoft is identifying their credentials for other organisations, for example many schools and businesses also use Microsoft logins.  

Sometimes Microsoft will recognise and show you the accounts to choose from, so please just choose carefully your wea.ac.uk account name.  

On other occasions it will try to immediately use your other account details because it recognises them. If this happens to you, please shut down Learner hub, and then logout of your other Microsoft accounts by visiting https://login.microsoftonline.com/logout.Srf.

Then you can re-open Learner Hub and successfully enter your wea.ac.uk details.
