Healthy Living: Easy Tips To Boost Immunity And Gut Health

This 10-week online course prpares you for the winter rmonths by looking at simple dietary tips to boost immunity and promote better gut health. You will learn how to make fermented foods like red cabbage, ginger bug and yoghurt, discuss and practice gua sha massage to help wotj stress and discuss the benefit of the use of certain essential oils. In a supporive atmosphere and with a tutor to guide you, you might even have a go at making the foods and have a go at facial self-massage. No previous exerience is needed for this course, which hopefully will make the winters months a more healthy proposition.
