Many people find it difficult to have some “me time” out of a busy life to spend time on a creative activity. This course will give you the opportunity to understand the benefits of indulging in a creative activity and how this can have a positive effect on your mental health and wellbeing. Craft: Handstiching For Beginners

Many people believe that they are no good at sewing and feel frustrated at not being able to repair or improve clothes to give them a longer life. This course will teach you a range of hand stitches which can be used to both repair and embellish clothes. Drawing and Watercolour Techniques; Summer Scenes

This course will help you develop further watercolour techniques interrelated with drawing skills, and in connection with inspiring examples in art history.
