With nearly a decade of experience in social prescribing, Monica began her involvement in social prescribing through local implementation before moving into strategic planning and programme delivery on both local and national scales. She now leads NASP’s Social Prescribing Workforce Programme, including clinical engagement, aiming to drive integration of social prescribing across healthcare systems, championing workforce development.
Monica has a deep belief in the power of social prescribing to improve lives, strengthen communities, and enhance the resilience of healthcare systems.
