Lauren Yule-Kennedy

Volunteering Manager

Lauren Yule‑Kennedy is WEA’s Volunteering Manager with nearly 20 years’ experience supporting volunteers across the museums, heritage and homelessness sectors. 

After completing a BSc in Archaeology, she began her career in museums before moving into volunteer engagement roles in both cultural institutions and national homelessness charities.

At WEA, Lauren leads on volunteer recruitment, onboarding, training and wellbeing, and contributes to the organisation’s disability and neurodiversity EDI work. 

She is passionate about creating inclusive, meaningful volunteering experiences and championing the impact volunteers make every day.
