Emily Abbott has a decade of experience driving social change and promoting health and well-being through intergenerational approaches. Emily has spearheaded national campaigns, convened strategic partners, and driven impactful research and global collaborations.

Intergenerational England has taken on the role of secretariat for the All-Party Parliamentary Group (APPG) on Tackling Loneliness and Connected Communities, delivering parliamentary roundtables, shaping policy discourse, and championing intergenerational approaches to address societal challenges and foster connected communities.

Her work focuses on tackling community inequalities and fostering intergenerational connections. Emily’s expertise also extends to research and strategic development, collaborating with institutions like London South Bank Centre and consulting across housing, care, and education.
