About Clare House
The WEA Scunthorpe Community Learning Hub provides life-changing skills to support locals in Leicester and the surrounding area into employment and boost their wellbeing.
Located in Clare House just off High Street and near Primark, the hub offers a range of community-based learning and skills courses including Maths and English Functional Skills, ESOL, CV building and Digital skills. The hub has a dedicated IT suite and art room for creative courses.
The hub has a lift for accessibility in the building,.
The hub is a fifteen minute walk from Scunthorpe train station. Bus numbers 1, 1A and 2 all stop at the nearby Dunstall Street stop, and buses 4, 6, 10, 12, 399 at Laneham Street. There is on-site parking for two cars at the hub, as well as a pay-and-display car park at the rear.
