Craft: Diverse Pottery

This course has been designed to help and encourage you to explore and develop further within your creativity and understanding of the clay building structures, encouraging you to search for new ideas and discover the different hand-building pottery skills, that are involved with make different clay structures, learning the techniques of both functional and sculptural pieces as well as learning several different decorative techniques, allowing you to expand and explore your own decorative clay building styles working within the clay structure, designing and developing your own decorative styles too, using a variety of different colourful paints. There will be lots of discussion, a chance to share knowledge, current skills and ideas. Plus looking into well-known potters who use the different techniques that we will be exploring and discovering within each session, shown throughout the course. This course is also designed to give you the chance and help you to boost your skills of new and different techniques, plus known clay building skill, weather you have worked with clay or not before, join this course with enthusiasm to share and develop your own knowledge and skills of pottery with others, whilst having a fun relaxing time.
