Course description

In many parts of the UK a driving licence and access to a car can give you more options for jobs, your family’s education and many leisure activities. If English is not your first language, then this course will introduce you to some of the important skills and knowledge to improve your confidence with the English language, pass your driving theory test and gain understanding about the UK road system and rules.

We will introduce the rules and regulations of driving and the Highway Code.

This is a face to face course at a friendly venue in the community with a fully qualified tutor.

You will also need to be working at a around a minimum of Entry 2 English to participate in this course but you do not need a certificate or qualification of any kind. We will carry out a quick informal assessment at the enrolment day (22nd May) so we can make sure you are applying for the right course.
