Discover the wonderful world of crafts with this creative course. Whether you're a long-time craft lover who wants a new skill or simply
looking to dip your toe into a new hobby, you'll love this craft course. Your tutor will guide you through the process of creating your items with
ample opportunity to ask questions.
On this creative course we will:
· Take an overview of paper-crafting and the essential tools and materials involved.
· Cover basic health and safety guidelines for tools and materials we will use.
· Look at choosing the right card and paper for the job at hand
· Try 2 different binding techniques and the correct way to fold
· Make our own embellishments and incorporate them into our projects
· Add some interactive elements into our mini-albums
· Look at integrating aspects of mixed media for decoration and texture. During each session you will have the chance to see others work and to share your own – this sharing of our work can build confidence and gain new insights and ideas for future projects By the end of this course you will not only have a selection of stunning albums and folios but also the skills necessary to continue to explore and expand your paper-craft journey. You will be hooked on crating which is incredibly good for our mental health.
