Membership of the WEA is free and open to anyone who supports our aims and values. Members are often either WEA students or volunteers (or both) and thousands of others, who believe in the value of lifelong learning and equality of access to adult education. We have 45,000 members currently.

How to become a member
Simply send us an email with the following details:
- Your title and full name
- Full postal address
- Telephone number
- Date of birth
- Email address, so you can receive our quarterly email newsletter to members and help us to be more friendly to the environment.

Please note: Membership in WEA Scotland operates under a different scheme.
