Entry Levels 1,2,3: If you have never studied this subject before and you’re not confident in your skills, Entry levels are a good starting point.
Level 1: Covers basic skills and knowledge needed for this subject
Level 2: Building on basic knowledge or experience. Similar to Grade 4/ C at GCSE or O level in England or Standards in Scotland.
Level 3: Learn about the topic in-depth and have a broad range of skills. Independent working Equivalent to an A level in England or Higher in Scotland.
Beginners: A perfect introduction if you have no experience and skills in this subject.

Course description
Starting job searching can be daunting, however, proper preparation means that you are maximising your chances of getting the job that is the best match and the most satisfying for you. We will be concentrating on looking at our job goals and realistic tools and techniques which will help you to achieve them. Once we know what we are aiming for, we’ll spend time looking at the most effective job searching techniques, including how you understand your worth and market yourself, reaching out to find advertised and non-advertised roles.
You will understand how you can tailor your CV to make sure it stands the best chance of getting you in front of the employer and making sure common pitfalls are avoided.
Interviews are understandable daunting, but we will be using simple models to prepare answers to the most likely questions you will be asked and have an opportunity to prepare our own examples. In preparation for job searching we will have a chance to use effective time management techniques so that our time can be used effectively throughout and consider a number of techniques to help us feel positive along the journey.
