Level 1 ESOL: Intensive Everyday English for L1 Learners

This is a 3-week intensive course, for those whose first language is NOT English, to improve your reading, writing, speaking and listening in English. The course will run during school hours on 3 consecutive Fridays during June. This course will use the themes of beliefs about ‘chance’, mysteries in literature, and our attitude to the media to practise English in a relatable and meaningful way. Entry Level English ESOL : Everyday ESOL

This intermediate to advanced course will help you to communicate your ideas in English on a range of everyday topics. You will practice reading, writing, speaking and listening, with a focus on conversation skills. You will also learn new vocabulary, improve your pronunciation, and start to learn about basic English grammar, including present, future and past tenses as well as present perfect. You will work with other learners at a similar level and be expected to take part in pair and group activities in the classroom.
