An experienced and qualified adult educator and careers adviser who has been working in the sector for nearly 20 years. Since 2007 I have been employed by a number of providers to support clients in gaining sustainable employment. Throughout this period, I have regularly been employed by the WEA to deliver courses for adults many of which have been focused on building confidence, preparing for employment or learning skills that make them more employable and enhance their lives. I am employed by them to develop ways that adults can be supported in making choices to help them in their lives. This includes supporting mid life career change and providing learning opportunities to support individuals with their life choices.
