There are 2 vacancies which are fixed term for 12 months from the start date and 1 which is fixed term for 6 months from the start date.
The post holders will carry out all aspects of the Association’s processing tasks meeting set deadlines and standards. The post holders will also assist with general administration, the implementation and maintenance of information systems and procedures for all types of provision to agreed standards. The post holders will also provide an internally and externally facing customer focused service.
An NVQ level 2 or equivalent and experience of working in a customer service role are essential, together with good communication skills. We are seeking individuals who are efficient and have accurate IT skills.
An IAG qualification and knowledge of or experience in working in Adult Education and/or the voluntary sector would be advantageous but not essential.
