About the role

You will be responsible for dealing with enquiries and information relating to membership and events and monitoring national mailboxes. The role requires timely and accurate input and management of membership and volunteer data including donation onto appropriate systems. You will be involved in disseminating information and creating and managing reports on membership, including donations, gifts and legacies to appropriate staff.

About you

You will have experience of working on membership administration as well as excellent communication skills and telephone manner. You will also have good project management skills, excellent copywriting and proof reading skills as well as experience of content management and organising events and networking opportunities.
