We are seeking to recruit a Talent Manager to lead the development and delivery of a framework for the resourcing strategies, policies, processes and approaches which enable the Association to maximise efficiencies, growth and profitability.
The post holder will shape and embed positive cultural change through best practice Strategic Development and Recruitment activities. They will implement successful talent development, resourcing, career mapping and succession planning initiatives which build employee engagement.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring Resourcing and Development is aligned to the business strategy to improve organisational and individual performance.
A degree in Learning and Development together, with CIPD and SHL qualifications are essential.
