The Workers’ Educational Association is a charity and the UK’s largest voluntary sector provider of adult education. We are a charity with a strong sense of social purpose, dedicated to bringing great teaching into the heart of local communities. All our educational provision is developed with this in mind and our courses can be set up almost anywhere – for example in clubs, community centres, village halls, schools or where people work.
We require a Support Assistant to deal with all aspects of the Association’s processing tasks, meeting set deadlines and standards. The post holders will assist with general administration, the implementation and maintenance of information systems and procedures for all types of provision to agreed standards. The post holders will also provide an internally and externally facing customer focused service.
Good communications skills are required along with efficient and accurate IT skills which are essential.
