We are looking to recruit a Support Centre Assistant on a twelve-month fixed-term contract. The successful candidate will carry out all aspects of the Association’s processing tasks meeting set deadlines and standards. They will also assist with general administration, the implementation and maintenance of information systems and procedures for all types of provision to agreed standards. They will provide an internally and externally-facing customer-focused service.
We are seeking individuals with an NVQ Level 2 or equivalent qualification and experience of working in a customer-service role. Efficient and accurate IT skills, together with good communication skills, are also essential.
An IAG qualification and knowledge of or experience in working in Adult Education and/or the voluntary sector would be advantageous but not essential.
We offer generous terms and conditions including 30 days' holidays, plus bank holidays and a pension scheme (subject to eligibility). Please note that holidays and salary are pro-rata for part time staff.
