We are seeking to recruit a Student Services Manager who will ensure effective support is in place for students to help them to achieve their personal and educational goals and will contribute to positive outcomes for all WEA Students. The post holder will work closely with others to ensure that the Association is meeting the OFSTED requirements.

Based in Leeds the post holder will report to Director for Student Services and work closely with the National Support Centre Manager to develop, co-ordinate and monitor the implementation of the Student Services Strategy across the Association.

A degree level qualification or equivalent experience including customer service is essential, together with teaching or training and IAG qualifications. The successful candidate will need to have a good understanding of the needs of adult students and the barriers they may face. Relevant experience of managing staff or working across teams would be advantageous.
