About the role
Reporting to the Head of Income Diversification and Growth and working closely with the Director of Marketing, Membership and Income Growth you will be assisting the growth our corporate, major donor and Employability programmes. As National Partnerships Manager you will have responsibility for raising income from these fundraising areas in line with the plan and to develop and maintain the fundraising programmes underpinning these activities.
You will develop and maintain sustainable income-generating programmes and donor relationships for each area, ensuring effective and excellent management of relationships as well as maintaining our corporate fundraising programme alongside the Head of Income Diversification and Growth and developing a clear pipeline.
You will be educated to degree level with an excellent track record in income generation and diversification. You will have experience of effective financial management, research, preparation, monitoring and reporting of fundraising activities as well as a strong track record in working with corporate partners. You must have experience in writing and submission of significant successful funding applications and corporate proposals with knowledge of relevant funding streams across the corporate and partner sector.
