About the role
You will play a vital role in the development and delivery of the overall marketing and communications strategy, aligning to the new WEA 2025 strategy. As Marketing Manager you will be responsible for all offline marketing and the new WEA brand – Committed to elevating the charity’s awareness in a competitive environment, and working closely with regional colleagues and the Business Development team to support successful delivery of the WEA’s KPIs.
You will hold a degree in marketing, another related field or relevant equivalent qualification along with demonstrable creative judgment, strong writing skills and exceptional communication and team working skills. In addition you will have proven working experience in marketing and brand as well as devising campaigns to engage, inform and motivate.
