This role will also play the first point of contact in providing HR advice and guidance and to line managers and employees and overall support in delivering a customer focussed HR service to the Association.
You will be involved in driving a strong culture of engagement, diversity and positive employee relations in the regions and work proactively with regional staff and the HR team to ensure there is a positive employee relations environment and strong levels of employee engagement.
We are looking for an experienced HR generalist who has sound knowledge of employee relations and is up to date on current UK employment legislation, who is CIPD qualified. You will need to be customer focused, with strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to work well with others.
