About the role

As Head of Income Diversification and Growth you will be responsible for the diversification and growth of the fundraising strategy. The role will look to establish key growth areas for the organisation that are sustainable, including business and philanthropic opportunities. The post holder will lead a vital area of the organisation in securing new areas of income and working with other key heads to deliver on the strategic direction of the WEA.

About you

You will be educated to degree level with an excellent track record in planning and delivering fundraising strategies across a wide mix of income streams. You will have experience of delivering to targets and tight deadlines as well as experience of working across a diverse range of strategic partnerships. You must have a proven track record of leading, managing and developing staff in diverse and dispersed organisation.
