We are seeking to recruit a Financial Support Assistant to assist with all aspects of the Association’s financial analysis and financial support, day to day processing tasks and responsibilities, while providing a customer focused service at all times.
Based in Leeds and reporting to the Financial Support Assistant Team Leader based in Leeds, the postholder will ensure all month and year end activities are carried out to the agreed timetable, and ensure accounting data is coded correctly for maintaining accurate financial records. The postholder will assist with reconciliations of control accounts and work with other finance colleagues to support WEA branches and national procurement tasks.
The postholder will hold NVQ Level 2 qualifications or demonstrable equivalent experience, as well as be able to demonstrate experience in a related role and good and accurate IT skills.
