Summary description
We are seeking to recruit a Project Organiser who will be responsible for developing, delivering and managing the £1.1m ESF European Social Social Fund community grants programme across Liverpool City Region (LCR) in 2016-18

The purpose of the grant programme is to empower small community and voluntary groups to support people from the hardest to reach communities to move closer to the labour market and employment opportunities.

Reporting to a member of the North West management team, the post holder will be willing to work flexibly, sometimes outside normal office hours and be willing to travel across Liverpool City Region (LCR) to both promote and support the implementation of ESF community grants. They will have line management responsibility for project staff as appropriate.  They will also need to work with and train other WEA staff within the region to promote and support the implementation of community grants in LCR.
