Grade 3 From £32,404 to £34,110 per annum (pro rata) 2 Year contract till 4/2/2021

About the role

 

The post holder will be responsible for managing the day to day running of the LBG/WEA project for the next 2 years.  This will include liaising with the regions to ensure the delivery of courses, managing the budget to ensure this is allocated correctly, putting together the quarterly governance pack, tracking MI for the project and liaison with the LBG contacts to ensure the smooth running of the project for volunteers, students and tutors.

 

A key part of the role will be to liaise with external stakeholders to identify potential partners who have job vacancies for the work placement programme and closely manage these relationships.  Therefore, strong stakeholder engagement and people skills are vital to the success of the project and the successful candidate must be able to demonstrate a strong track record in this area.

 

The role will also require the post holder to ensure that fit for purpose processes are in place and to actively promote the partnership internally and externally.

 

 

About you
