The successful candidate will have a proven track record in the generation and diversification of income, enjoy building and maintaining relationships with a variety of partners, and want to be part of a national business development team with WEA then this could be the role for you.
The WEA has ambitious targets for educational growth, income diversification and generation and this is a challenging opportunity to help develop and deliver strategic plans. We are looking for someone with excellent skills and experience in income generation, including bid writing, tenders and proposals to a range of funders, commissioners and grant givers.
Based in Eastern region, you will work closely with the Head of Business Development and the Regional Education Manager to develop an ambitious income development plan for the region, aligning with the national income growth strategy.
We offer generous terms and conditions including 30 days holiday (plus bank holidays) and a pension scheme (subject to eligibility). Please note that salary and holiday entitlement are pro rata for part-time staff.
