The Community Connections Essex project helps people with disabilities or long-term health conditions in the North of the LEP area to move into education, training, job search, and ultimately sustainable employment. Participants will be actively encouraged to engage in community events and take on volunteering roles to help develop their confidence, gain experience and feel connected to their community. This project is open to anybody aged 15 or over.

We are seeking to recruit a CPSO to support and ensure compliance for WEA activity on the BBO Community Connections (Essex) project.   The post holder will be expected to work across Essex, particularly Braintree and Southend, supporting accurate and timely completion and submission of all participant documents, supporting the finance team and local caseworkers with compliance. This post is fixed term completing September 2019

The successful candidate will need to have excellent organisational skills and an eye for detail, with the ability to work as part of a dispersed and often sessional team.
