10.00am – 11.30am – Ecosystems, food webs and sustainable food security - we will expore how our food security is reliant on well balanced ecosystems.
11.30am – 11.45am - Refreshment Break
11.45am – 1.15pm – Taste Test Challenge – lets find out if we can tell the difference between branded food items, basic brands, and budget food suppliers.
1.15pm – 2.00pm – Lunch break – soup offer made from Community Fridge donations
2.00pm – 3.30pm – Eat Yourself Happy – exploring the impact that food has on how we feel about ourselves and the benefits of exercise – including an exercise session to promote the launch of a new community based Fitness Friday exercise class.
In addition, we will have information stalls about a range of environment and sustainability project that people can get involved in.
