WEA Eastern Region will be holding its Annual General Meeting on Saturday, 16th November 2019.

A final agenda and papers will be sent to those who have booked two weeks before the event. Please note that places are limited and early booking is therefore recommended.
Please book before 31st October 2019.
The Statement of Representation allows two voting members per branch. The voting members must be agreed and confirmed by the branch committee. Please use the regional AGM application form for the purpose of booking places and identifying voting members.
If you are an individual member of WEA and not affiliated to a specific branch but would like to attend please use the same regional AGM application form and complete details under non-voting delegate.
All members may nominate individuals for roles using the AGM nomination papers. Existing post holders are named on the form. The roles you may nominate for are:
• 2 Members of the Regional Council to serve on the Regional Committee
• Regional Chair
• Vice-Chairs (2)
• Regional Treasurer
• Second Association Council Representative
• Delegates to National Conference (x 3)
Note: All nominees must have agreed to be nominated!
