You will get lots of opportunities to practice your new English skills in groups and individually, you will also be given homework tasks so you can continue to practice at home.. The 'Working in the UK' course is aimed at Esol E2/E3 learners. It helps you understand UK job basics. You will learn about finding jobs, writing a CV, and preparing for interviews. This course covers workers rights, such as pay and working hours and UK workplace culture. You will also learn how to communicate well with employers and colleagues. By the end of the course, you will feel more confident about finding and keeping a job in the UK. This course is ideal for people who are new to the UK.

This course is 30 hours of follow-on skills for the Beginner Sewing into Business course. On this course you will learn how to carry out essential alterations. You will learn, inserting zips into cushions and outdoor furnishings, adjusting waistbands with elastic for a custom fit, gain understanding of how to alter school uniforms, including sewing badges and hemming pants. You will also be guided in researching how to monetize your sewing skills, gaining insights into market demands and business strategies. This course provides a blend of practical sewing techniques and entrepreneurial knowledge, equipping you to confidently tackle common mending tasks and explore business opportunities.

This course is intended for those whose first language is not English. It is basic (entry level E1) course to support learners to improve listening and speaking skills and gain confidence to be more social and independent in their daily lives. The sessions will be delivered face- to-face in class room settings allowing learners to participate actively in their learning. The lesson must be differentiated and inclusive to meet the learners personal and individual needs and preferences. In additions to develop confidence in speaking and listening skills, the course will focus specifically on pronunciation, intonation, vocabulary and spellings, conversational skills as well as grammatical accuracy through interactive learning strategies such as role plays, conversation, discussion, tutor-led activities, and freer practice or productive tasks. The course will also help learners to improve their employability skills or open up options for further study by developing study skills. Moreover, the course will also contribute to the learners overall health and well being. By the end of the course the learners will be able to achieve the following outcomes; 1.
