This level 2 customer service training course builds on your existing understanding of customer service delivery. Learn how to nurture the relationships between enterprises and their customers. Learn how to process, store, and document customer information safely.

Course description

This level 2 course builds on your knowledge of Customer Service. It prepares you to enter the workforce in a variety of customer service jobs, or improve in your current role.

Produce worksheets, reports, and other tasks for your assessment portfolio. Your tutor will always be on hand to support you through these tasks.

This customer service training course takes around 200 hours to complete. It prepares you to enter the workforce and immediately apply your work skills in the work environment.

When you finish this course, you can progress to a Level 3 Customer Service qualification. Customer service skills and knowledge can be useful in a variety of sectors. You may want to apply your skills to work in retail, travel and tourism, or sport and leisure roles.
