This accredited level 3 Award in Education and Training course will support those individuals wanting to move into a career within Adult Learning. During this course you will develop knowledge and understanding of the following.
Understanding the Roles, Responsibilities and Relationships in Education
Learner needs, appropriate behaviours
Safe and Healthy learning environments
Understanding inclusive teaching and learning approaches
You will complete all assignments within canvas where your tutor will support with written assessment feedback. This distance learning course, using face to face online sessions using zoom and canvas the WEA's online learning platform, and is for anyone who wants to develop teaching skills and explore the roles and responsibilities of those in adult education. There is a skills check for the L3 Award in Education & Training course, our skills check is not a test, it is a way for us to help you start at the right place
