Level 1: Covers basic skills and knowledge needed for this subject

Level 3: Learn about the topic in-depth and have a broad range of skills. Independent working Equivalent to an A level in England or Higher in Scotland.

Course overview
Course description
In this Intermediate photo editing course, you’ll learn how to edit and enhance photos using imaging software. Learn to add text and apply filters to pictures. Understand how to crop out details and apply layers. Explore techniques to remove unwanted marks and objects. Clone areas in an image. Combine and manipulate images. Replacing colours and use layers. Repair an old photo using a variety of different tools.
By the end of the course, you’ll feel confident using the image editing software to create beautiful designs. Learning to edit and enhance your pictures can help to improve the quality of your photos.
This creative course focuses specifically on editing images rather than capturing them.
