Course description
Being able to maintain a property can form part of your tenancy agreement so its important that maintenance to the home and outside areas is carried out in the correct manner.
Your tutor will be able to identify the key areas of the home that need to be maintained regularly and the best times of the year to carry out the different tasks involved.
