Join me on this short course designed to give you the basic tools to give a therapeutic Christmas gift in the form of a wellbeing treatment to your loved ones. Its a wonderful and holistic way to run up to Christmas rather than rushing around shops to buy therapeutic products!
This course is to support and improve wellbeing through creativity.
Course description
Some of the most iconic Christmas smells include pine needles, oranges and frankincense. Learn how to make a blend, synonymous with the Christmas season, that is cheaper than most therapeutic product gifts. We will cover face massage, foot massage using reflexology points and blending a Christmas scent using one or more of the following oils: clove, cinnamon, orange, frankincense, myrrh, cinnamon, ginger and pine.
I will demonstrate using either a model or on myself and invite you to do the same. Come and chill this Christmas. No prior knowledge is needed.
