Whether you're a beginner or have some experience, this course provides a comprehensive introduction to Pilates, focusing on proper alignment, controlled movement, and mindful breathing.
Pilates is a low-impact exercise method that emphasises quality of movement over quantity, making it suitable for all fitness levels. Throughout this course, you'll learn to engage your core muscles, improve your posture, and increase your range of motion through a series of mat-based exercises and optional use of Pilates equipment like resistance bands and stability balls.
By the end of this course, you'll have developed a solid foundation in Pilates, gained confidence in your body, and created personalized routines that you can continue practicing at home or in a studio.
This course is perfect for those looking to build strength, rehabilitate from injury, or simply add a mindful movement practice to their wellness routine.
Materials will be provided for you, as in a Pilates mat, but if you would prefer to bring your own, please do. We also recommend you wear comfortable clothing.
