Course overview
Course description
This will be an online session for anyone who is a carer, former carer or works in care.It can be challenging to set boundaries, either because we are encouraged to people-please as children or because we are scared of what others' reactions might be to our “no”. In this safe environment, you can share your concerns about why you feel uncomfortable setting boundaries, consider the benefits of doing so and find strategies to help you overcome this struggle. Looking at real-life case studies, we see how we can safely assert boundaries and how you may be able to take the first steps towards carving out some extra time and space in your life for yourself
