Course overview
Course description
Using the narrative tree of life, you can start to uncover aspects of yourself that may not be obvious at first – helping you to externalise and reconsider your support systems, strengths, skills, abilities, hopes and goals. You can also further consider the important people in your life and the gifts they bring to your life, as well as how you cope with challenges. The narrative tree of life can empower you going forward and be a valuable resource of support.
