Course description
This short course helps support you by imparting the skills needed to manage your energy levels long-term. We will explore perspectives on energy management in a supportive environment and reflect on which kinds of activities drain you most. We will examine what the often misunderstood term ‘self-care’ really means. The tutor will support you to find ways to replenish your energy, manage your time and help you to see ways to cope with your difficulties and help you begin to thrive again!
