Course description
Learning to relax is an essential life skill that can support your positive physical and mental well-being. This course will focus on supporting you to develop awareness of your breathing to help soothe the nervous system. You will also learn to practice gentle, accessible movements and contraction/release exercises that will help ease tension in your body. Each session will end with a guided deep relaxation practice and guided visualisation allowing you to deeply rest.
